In November 2023 alone, the value of tuna exports to Canada increased by 117% of proportion. This figure has contributed to raising the total export value in the first 11 months of 2023 to nearly 31 million USD, down 37% of proportion compared to the same period in 2022.

Pangasius exports to CPTPP: Mexico and Canada regain their growth

According to data from Vietnam Customs, cumulatively in the first 10 months of this year, Vietnam's pangasius exports to CPTPP member countries reached more than 200 million USD, down 28% over the same period last year, accounting for 13% of Vietnam's total pangasius exports to markets.

Pangasius exports to Canada have reached their highest level since the beginning of 2023

According to statistics from Vietnam Customs, cumulative exports of Vietnamese pangasius in the first 8 months of the year to Canada reached 24 million USD, down 46% over the same period last year, accounting for 2% of the proportion. . Canada continues to maintain the 2nd position in the CPTPP market in terms of importing the most Vietnamese pangasius.
Exporting Vietnam's black tiger shrimp to China and Hongkong rose by 30% in first six months of 2023

According to data from Vietnam Customs, Vietnam's shrimp exports to China & HK in the first half of this year reached US$280 million, down 16% over the same period. June is the first month since the beginning of this year Vietnam's shrimp exports to China & HK recorded an increase over the same period last year, up 16% to US$67 million. Since March of this year, the monthly rate of decline has also narrowed.
